What happens with your data

Short, because little happens. This site collects nothing about you while you read it.

Who is responsible

Nick Takkenberg, trading as NZQ Innovatie Consultancy, Dutch Chamber of Commerce 68627246, established in the Netherlands. Questions about your data go through the contact form on this site.

This site does not track you

There are no analytics, no advertising pixels and no tracking cookies on this site. The fonts and images come from this site itself, so no request goes to another company while you read. That is why there is no cookie banner: it would be about nothing.

What does get recorded

Only what you fill in yourself on the contact form: your name, your email address, the subject you pick and your message. Plus the page you sent the form from, so I know where your question came from.

I use that to reply to you and to have the conversation you asked for. Nothing else. It does not get you a newsletter, and your details do not go to anyone who wants to sell them.

Who sees it along the way

The form runs through Web3Forms, a service that forwards the message to my mailbox. They process it only in order to deliver it. The site itself is hosted with a hosting provider that, like every web server, keeps technical logs including IP addresses. That is needed to keep the site running and to protect it against abuse.

For how long

Messages stay in my mailbox while the conversation is running and after that for as long as it is commercially relevant. If it goes nowhere, it goes. Ask me to delete your message and I will.

Your rights

You may ask which data I hold about you, have it corrected, have it deleted, or object to its use. Send a message through the form and I will sort it out. If you and I cannot resolve it, you can complain to the Dutch Data Protection Authority.

Changes

If what this site does changes, this page changes with it. This version is dated 19 August 2026.
